Emotions of Flight

The original photo was taken in 2021 during the flight from Incheon airport to JFK. I wanted to express the emotions that arise during the time spent traveling, such as joy, sadness, longing, and excitement, when I leave my mother country to study abroad and return home for vacation. In order to express the various emotions whenever I take airplanes to travel between South Korea and the United States, I added black and white tones to the photo; I input images such as the shadow of the wing of the airplane and people standing on the wing; I changed the color of the sea to purple so that the photo can show a mysterious and complex but bright and joyful atmosphere.
